Airtight started with our own family properties. Managing them ourselves — the leases, the late-night calls, the vendors who don't show up — is how we learned what good property management actually looks like, and how rare it is.

Documented, not remembered
Every work order, inspection, and conversation is written down with dates and photos. When a question comes up two years later, there is a record instead of an argument.
One point of contact
You get a person, not a queue. Owners and residents talk to someone who already knows the property and can make a decision.
Preventive by default
We would rather spend forty dollars on a seal than four thousand on a floor. Scheduled upkeep is part of the service, not an upsell.
Plain numbers
Statements reconcile. Fees are stated once and never reappear as something else. If a month looks unusual, we explain it before you ask.
